We have 4 apartments In total, 3 standard and 1 deluxe. All with two bedrooms, a living room, large windows, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, and sea views. Total capacity total of the complex is of 16 people.

Deluxe Apartment

We stayed for four days in early September. The experience was better than we imagined. The views were spectacular, even though there weren't any storms and the blowholes weren't active. You can walk around peacefully, and there are a couple of nearby restaurants with very good value for money. The service was impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

Located between Llanes and Ribadesella

Our rural apartments are located in Garaña de Pría, a coastal town halfway between Llanes and Ribadesella. From here, you can walk to the Bufones de Pría and beaches like Guadamía or Gulpiyuri, with the Picos de Europa and the Asturian mountains very close by.

Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in/check-out

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. **Subject to availability, we are happy to accommodate check-in before 5:00 PM or check-out after 12:00 PM.

Payment and cancellation

Payment of the reservation: 25% of the total amount must be paid 15 days before arrival. The remainder must be paid on the day of check-in.
Credit cardBy providing this information, the guest authorizes the accommodation to make pre-authorizations and/or charge the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations:
1. With less than 15 days' notice, 25% of the total reservation amount will be withheld.
2. Less than 24 hours before check-in, 100% will be charged.
3. In case of no-show, 100% will be applied to the amount.

Refund

If cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or reduced stays once the reservation has been initiated.
The refund will be issued to the same card or payment method used for the reservation, within a maximum of 7–10 business days, depending on the bank.

Smokers

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
