Bright interiors and designer finishes

The building, opened in 2019, combines stone, wood, and glass to offer a modern style without losing its Asturian essence. Its large windows fill each room with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each apartment is equipped with designer furniture and all the necessary amenities: a full kitchen, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and private parking.

In total, we have four apartments: three Standard apartments on the ground floor (40 m² each) and one Deluxe apartment on the upper floor (88 m²). The maximum capacity is 16 people, making it a perfect option for families and groups looking for comfort and design on the Asturian coast.

The Deluxe's main bedroom opens onto the coast through a large picture window. At high tide with a heavy swell, above all from October to March, you can watch the Bufones de Pría shoot skywards 781 metres away.

Located in Llanes, near Ribadesella

Our rural apartments are located in Garaña de Pría, Llanes, a coastal village halfway between Llanes and Ribadesella. From here you can walk to the Bufones de Pría (blowholes) and Guadamía beach; Cuevas del Mar and Gulpiyuri are a short drive away, and the Picos de Europa and the Asturian mountains are just a few kilometres away.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Subject to availability, we will be happy to accommodate check-in before 5:00 PM or check-out after 12:00 PM.

Payment and cancellation
  • Payment of the reservation: 25% of the total amount must be paid 15 days before arrival. The remainder must be paid on the day of check-in.
  • Credit card: By providing this information, the guest authorizes the accommodation to make pre-authorizations and/or charge the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations: 1. With less than 15 days' notice, 25% of the total reservation amount will be withheld. 2. Less than 24 hours before check-in, 100% will be charged. 3. In case of no-show, 100% will be applied to the amount.
Refund
  • If cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or reduced stays once the reservation has been initiated.
