The building, opened in 2019, combines stone, wood, and glass to offer a modern style without losing its Asturian essence. Its large windows fill each room with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each apartment is equipped with designer furniture and all the necessary amenities: a full kitchen, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and private parking.
In total, we have four apartments: three Standard apartments on the ground floor (40 m² each) and one Deluxe apartment on the upper floor (88 m²). The maximum capacity is 16 people, making it a perfect option for families and groups looking for comfort and design on the Asturian coast.

Located in Llanes, near Ribadesella
Our rural apartments are located in Garaña de Pría, Llanes, a coastal village halfway between Llanes and Ribadesella. From here you can walk to the Bufones de Pría (blowholes) and beaches like Guadamía or Gulpiyuri, with the Picos de Europa and the Asturian mountains just a few kilometers away.

Check-in/check-out
Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Subject to availability, we will be happy to accommodate check-in before 5:00 PM or check-out after 12:00 PM.
Payment and cancellation
Payment of the reservation: 25% of the total amount must be paid 15 days before arrival. The remainder must be paid on the day of check-in.
Credit cardBy providing this information, the guest authorizes the accommodation to make pre-authorizations and/or charge the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations:
With less than 15 days' notice, 25% of the total reservation amount will be withheld.
Less than 24 hours before check-in, 100% will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% will be applied to the amount.
Refund
If cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or reduced stays once the reservation has been initiated.
The refund will be issued to the same card or payment method used for the reservation, within a maximum of 7–10 business days, depending on the bank.
