Terms and Conditions of Contract

1. Object
These terms and conditions govern bookings at Bufones de Pría through the official website.

2. Hiring process

  • Select dates and apartment.

  • Enter real personal data.

  • Confirm your reservation using the MisterPlan booking engine.

  • Receive confirmation by email.

3. Prices and taxes
Prices include VAT and are displayed before confirming the reservation.

4. Payment and cancellation conditions

  • Payment of the reservation: 25% of the total amount must be paid 15 days before arrival. The remainder must be paid on the day of check-in.

  • Credit cardBy providing this information, the guest authorizes the accommodation to make pre-authorizations and/or charge the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellations:

  • If cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, 25% of the total amount will be withheld as compensation.

  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the check-in date, the 100% fee will be charged.

  • In case of no-show on the day of entry, 100% will still be applied to the reservation amount.

5. Refund Policy

  • If cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or reduced stays once the reservation has been initiated.

  • The refund will be issued to the same card or payment method used for the reservation, within a maximum of 7–10 business days.

6. General rules

  • Check-in and check-out times are as indicated in the booking confirmation.

  • The maximum occupancy of the apartments cannot be exceeded.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.

  • No pets allowed.

  • The guest is responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition and respecting the rules of coexistence.

  • Parking, cleaning, and other services will be governed by the details provided to the customer.

  • Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.

7. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation contracts with a specific date, in accordance with Article 103 of the TRLGDCU.

8. MisterPlan
The booking engine and payment gateway are provided by MisterPlan. The client acknowledges that payment is processed through their systems and that EL HOMBRE DEL SUAJE GRIS SL is responsible for the accommodation contract.

9. Legislation and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from this contract, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Llanes (Asturias).
